What does Multiple Attribution Errors mean?

Does the phrase mean various mistakes?

Would native speakers help me to explain it?

This is only a guess. but I think it means a type of error that has many causes.

If it is in phychology field I can add to David's comment that the person making such error also tends to believe that when other people misbehave or do something in a wrong way it is because of their bad character or malicious intentions, not because of some circumstances beyond their control.

However the thing we are talking about is usually called "fundamental attribution error". So this term may mean something else.

An example would be finding fault for something other than where the actual fault lies. For example, maybe a student makes a bad score on a test and then says it is because the teacher is too hard or because the test was written unfairly. But really the problem was that the student did not study enough so that they were prepared for the test. They have made an attribution error, blaming the wrong person or factor for their bad score on the test.

But it would be helpful to have some supporting context to be able to fully answer your question.
