As for me, since, I don't have someone here to talk with in English, I'm practicing by reading English books loudly, and understanding all what I am reading, by reading it enhance my pronunciation and get some unfamiliar words for me. Fortunately, it helps me little-by-little in terms of speaking. :) I hope it works for you too. :)
