How easy is it for foreigners to find a job in Japan?
Is it difficult to find a job as a foreigner in Japan? Are the regulations for visas very difficult to handle for most companies?

Thanks Abe. It's strange, I did work in Japan many years ago, but since I was sponsored by a company, I had no idea about the process of applying for a visa. The company handled all of it.
Definitely, I imagine speaking fluent or close to fluent Japanese is pretty important. Anyway, I was just curious if it had gotten more lenient over the years. Is it the sort of place where people without jobs show up and can find work? (Not just English teaching.)

They mainly except english teachers through the JET program or something similar to teach at there schools. If you want a better job in japan then it will be pretty hard as you would have to communicate in japanese fluently. as for the visa I can't say for certain as some companies tend to be more lenient than others, so it differs from company to company. Hope that helped
