I watched this Ted talk today: http://www.ted.com/talks/tim_harford_how_messy_problems_can_inspire_creativity
I found it very inspiring. The author is concentrating on creativity, but I think the result of leaving your comfort zone, of overcoming difficulties is much broader. What do you think?
@Marina
Thank you Marina, but I intended President Obama's phrase, "Yes, we can." Mr. Obama will leave but his phrase will survive!
Thank you for participation!
@Susan
Thank you! I'm listening to it right now) It's great.
@Lou
I think there are two great outcomes - the toughening (not sure of the term, could be one more of my inventions))) of one's character and positive attitude towards life in general. I'm sure if one is ready to overcome the obsticles one is definetely will succeed. The success lead to readyness to deal with another problem, one is impoving with each resolved situation and more positive towards each new stumbling block. At least that's how it works with me, as I'm not natural optimist)))
@Nilton
You are too hard with yourself! Your great discussions speak for you)
Interesting video.
