Migrating to Germany isn't easy, no matter what kind of rumors might be out there. If you are highly qualified and have a job offer, it is possible though, that you will get a working permit. But you will have to get your foreign professional qualifications to get recognized. This is expensive and there is no guarantee that your foreign certificate as a physiotherapist or dentist will be recognized.

I am not the best person to give you objective decision, but I would say if you specify What you want to study as well, you could get better answer. 

Hi there. I'm from Azerbaijan. If I were you, i would like to prefer Turkey. I can suggest to you Turkish universities: 1) Anadolu university; 2) Hacettepe university; 3) Culture university; 4) Sabanci university; 5) Bilkent university and bla bla bla.. :)
