the futuro perfecto can be used to imagine the recent past, and predict the past in the future.
the conditional can be used to make supposition about the past and make hypothetical statements about the present and the future.
but the futuro imperfecto can also predict the things that are going to happen in the future.
so What are the differences.

For example: "Next year, I will have finished my Degree. " - "El año que viene, habré terminado la carrera"
"-This afternoon I have called to Isabel, but she didn't answer - I don't know, maybe she is in her mum's house" - "Esta tarde he llamado a Isabel, pero no contestó. - Pues no sé, habrá ido a casa de su madre"
The future imperfect is about things that you don't know exactly if they are happening now or to make predictions or express wishes:
"Next year, we will go to Prague on holidays." - "El año que viene, iremos a Praga de vacaciones"
"-Do you know where is Julia? - I don't know, maybe she's sleeping." - "-¿Sabes dónde está Julia? - No lo sé, estará durmiendo" (they don't know if is true, they are supposing).

By using Future Tense, you talk about future. But... you can also talk about hypothesis.
Lets say you are in your room, and you hear a sound in the kitchen. You can imagine what is the source of this sound in different ways:
Tal vez/quizás/igual/creo que/ pienso que/probablemente es el gato
or!
Será el gato
The same happens with past tense
Tal vez/quizás/igual/creo que/ pienso que/probablemente ha sido el gato
or!
Habrá sido el gato
This is a especial feature of Future Tense, making hypothesis in present and past time.
