I didn't eat breakfast for a long time because I get up too late. Do understand it's not good for my body, thinking about to make a change.

I had a breakfast bowl. Scrambled eggs and cheese at the bottom of a bowl. Topped with a biscuit and some sausage gravy.

我首先喝柠檬水配蜜糖，一个苹果，一盘麦片加上韩国泡菜及炸鸡丁，还喝了一杯豆奶。一小时后要么喝黄酱水加蔗糖，要么喝生姜茶。
