Of course, it's possible. You can find a partner for language exchange so that you could get help with learning their language and help them with learning your language. But there are much more people from all over the world who want to learn English, than English-speaking people wishing to learn any other specific language. So it's rather difficult to find a native English-speaker for language exchange. 

Fortunately, there exist the "notebook" where you can write your stories in the language you learn so that native speakers could correct them and point out your errors. You can as well ask questions regarding the language you learn. Usually you can gen a satisfactory (or even perfect) answer in a few minutes.   

But if you mean a voice chat -- I don't know, I think it's technically impossible with this site. Anyway if you find a partner for language exchange, you can talk to them via Skipe or Viber or whatever else of that kind. 

Hello, I don't know if its possible to take lessons without paying but you can write a few things in English and post it here and people would help you to correct that.
