I think we can hope, hope for to be getting better or to be success. It's make have a power to keep going but we have to understand that the results can have two sides. Sometimes disappointed , sometimes hope fulfilled . We have to manage our expectations . We can't control another person but can control our mind. When u fail down u can choose aggravate yourself or choose to let that pain go from u. Focus only the present and the past is in the past. Thinking is very important we can think to make feel pain again or we stop to thinking that make feel pain.
