I have problems in learning IELTS :(
Actually, i have problems in learning 2 subjects in IELTS. Those are writing and reading. Meanwhile, i neither like reading and writing.Hopefully, is there anyone who can give me suggestion ?

I passed IELTS last year. Got 8.0 in Reading and 7.0 in Writing. Got C1 in total. I used Oxford guide and just practiced exercises over and over again. Once you get used to the IELTS format and learn some useful vocabulary - you struggle less.
