I've always found that drinking beer helps me appreciate the rain.  You must avoid any other distractions; your job is to just enjoy the rain.  Find a place where you can watch the rain falling through the air and splashing on the ground in random locations.  Listen to the sound it makes; a tin roof is ideal but not everyone is blessed with such a thing.

When it starts raining. I take a cup of tea and  began to read novel. 

usually, if you (not you, but generally)  learn English you dont have free time... not to kill somehow anyway, so ask yourself where do I find 30 or 300 months for English?
