Can someone tell me if there is an easy way to determine which Italki teachers have this? I would like to book a lesson with an English speaker who has it in order to learn more about the process.

Try "Find a Teacher" with the keyword CELTA. I got 226 English teachers. You can read their profiles and contact a few of them.
