In Chechen we say Salam or Salam alaikum, Russian Privet, Tatar isänmesez and in Arabic there are many ways but I just say Salam Alaikum or hello depending on who I'm speaking with.

In my laguage, hello means "salam kako"
Because I live in Shiraz.
