"I feel ten feet tall" is an idiom that means "I feel proud," or "I feel very happy," or "I feel really good."

Ten feet under, ten feet underground, and four feet under are not American idioms. They simply refer to the actual measurement. (Six feet under became an idiom for "dead and buried" because it used to be the standard depth of a grave)

'Feet' is a measurement as in 'feet and inches', the imperial method of measurement. Metric measurement is metres and centimetres.

Six feet under, as another poster says, means someone is buried because a grave is dug six feet deep.

'Ten feet' could mean:
-'ten feet tall' - 'i feel ten feet tall' - i feel happy, big proud, or 'it was ten feet tall' - it was really big

I'm not familiar with the other phrases though - do you have a source for some context? :)

If it is feet under something and any amount of feet, it means that something is dead. I believe that someone had already answered the 10 feet tall example correctly.
In the case of that book about homeless people it means that the homeless are so unnoticed that is as if they are nearly dead.

First of all, I heard a song from Hilary duff which song title is “Shine” and the 1st sentence of the lyrics is “Everyone knows that I'm ten feet under…”

I don’t know the meaning of the words, so I search on the web. There are several search results on the web, but none of them is the definition or meaning. Most of them are song titles, song lyrics, restaurant's name, studio's name etc.
Such as A song title "10 Feet Under" by Kieran Hellum

Then I keep on searching, the search engine popped up more similar results. (ten feet underground & four feet under). I would like to know them too.

3.A song title "10 Feet Underground" by Motorjesus
One sentence from Lyrics is:
"Now all is unbound, 10 feet under ground To ashes it falls, just for the cause…."

4. An e-book title
 Four Feet Under: Untold stories of homelessness in London Kindle Edition by Tamsen Courtenay<a style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);" href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tamsen-Courtenay/e/B07G4DX3RL?ref_=dbs_p_ebk_r00_abau_000000" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> </a>

Are these words only a measurement unit or have other meaning? Hoping someone can explain.
Thank you so much.
