I followed Barry's link recommending Yun Xian and her video is great!

I've met with Depeng several times per week since July 7 to prepare to take the HSK 1 exam. While he is kind and patient, I appreciate most his expertise with both English and Mandarin Chinese. His fluency in English is at the university level and I work hard to learn new vocabulary in hopes of discussing more complex topics with him than mi3 fan4! He has an effective pattern of letting me speak, speaking with me until we finish the short conversation, then making corrections. Granted, it's in a very limited way, but I truly get to speak Chinese! I think he would be a good fit for people who are attempting to learn English for academic and professional reasons.
