Lol. I live in outback Australia. We only receive 280mm of rain per year. So when it rains, we don't just walk in the rain, we DANCE in it!

It really depends on my clothes! But sometimes I like the rain. The noise is relaxing, in the summer it can be refreshing.

Yes, as long as I know I can get back home and change my clothes. But I remember some days it was rainning when I went to my faculty and I got wet from the coat to the socks, and spending the whole day with wet socks is not very comfortable...

yess.. rains r something which makes me to feel like a child.. without any tension.. funny and enjoyful movement (we can say best of movements) where a single second is special.. with plenty of feelings..
