I like www.lyricstraining.com to improve comprehension.  I've also recently been recommended http://www.listen-and-write.com/ and this seems good too, thought I haven't fully tested it.   Let me know what you think of it.

which toefl test do you will take? IBT? There are too many sources in internet just search on it. So you have to give more spesific thing that you would learn. For me, speaking part is one of my weakness, I think -one of them- EnglishSimpleTV youtube channel which gave me more insight about taking notes tips in speaking section. It is really simple just about 5 minutes in each question and cover all 5 kind toefl ibt questions.

I think the toefl that i will take is PBT .
