I have read an issue about foreigners' points on chinese students,there are serval opinions:
1. Chinsese students are so deligent but they are lack of creativity.
2.They are good at cooking because eating outside is too expensive for them.
3.They seldom go to party,and they just stay in the chinese community.
4.They are over polite.
5.................

There cannot be such a thing as overly polite.
Who cares about cooking? Whether anybody cooks or not is their private business.
Why should anyone go to "parties"? Nobody owes you anything.
If you wish to claim that Chinese Students lack creativity,
produce the Scientific Evidence that supports the assertion.
I also heard about people who think Chinese people are like you wrote. Anyway I don't like stereotypes. I like China and Chinese people and I consider them equal to people from other nationalities. :)
I love the Chinese community in my hometown. Everyone cooks where I am from, so it's no different for the Chinese here. The Irish tend to be very closed-minded, so I would imagine moving here as a foreinger would be very difficult. I find their manners delightful, it's such a change from the usual leering I get from men. They are respectful and kind, and mix regularly with me and my friends. Their culture and creative style is different from my own, I suppose, but that is part of what I like about the Chinese - their diversity. They do not give up their traditions to fit in, and personally I love that.
