I handed out some nutritious oatmeal raisin granola bars to the trick-or-treaters that came to my door and I wished them all a healthy and Happy Halloween.  :)

The answer is yes in case you have chilldren.  It means we rarely celebrate Halloween otherwise you have kids in the elementary schools.

I did not. In my country, we do not celebrate it. Of course there always some Halloween parties in the town(s), but that's all.
