You can be your best friend!

You are a girl and I think to a girl there is no closer friend than mom

i think in the world,mom is our closest people.In my view,i think if he or she is your best friend,they should do really care you .

I believe it is about your age if I would like to choose a friend his/her ages by 10 years disparity because when I discuss something deeply more touched to experiences where young people cannot answer me or understand I just feel I am my best friend. 

Certainly, most people don't believe younger girls may have a male best friend, but just for experiences when males growing older slower than females whether in physic or psychic, also depends upon what your national countries can accept your choices in different countries with different culture gaps. 

For example, Taiwanese won't encourage younger girls to have male friends quickly in tradition if we change our habits as time goes on, connecting personality developing no many people can accept your changes apart from your family with blood.
