Blue Screen

Today is a boring day. My office's laptop has a blue screen and i dont know how to fixed it. I searched on google and i found some tips. But the laptop still doesn't work. So everyone that have some tips if anyone has any tips <em>(in my opinion, this sentence more suitable to change the last sentence)</em> for me. Please give a <em>(this isn't wrong, but it is another solution , because "comment" word  was a verb here )</em> comment here...:)
