A letter to a friend about a Coffee Shop

Dear Jane,

Hope you are doing very well. I heard about a wonderful new that you were going to start your own business by opening a coffee shop. I am really happy for you and finally you make your dream come true.

I am writing to express my great interest in your new business as I have been thinking for a while how to start my own business as well considering the fact that I have rich experience in managing western restaurants for many years. So I believe it is great opportunity if we could work together.

Coffee shop is a wonderful leisure place and can attract many customers if it is decorated in a special way. Also it is very important to know what food and drink you can offer that differ from other coffee shops. Finally, service is another essential factor that could help you to maintain your clients in a long run.

Anyhow, I have a lot of ideas like to share with you. Please let me know what do you think my proposal and I am expecting your reply very soon.
