As you know in the English there are strong rules: Subject (subject case)+verb+other words; but in the Russian using this rules is not correct mostly: "I have a brother" - "Я имею брата" (if translate literally), but correct translation is "У меня есть брат".

We usually say: "Должен ли предприниматель иметь особый талант?". In this context "особый талант" means "extra-ordinary abilities required for a certain activity". 

Должен ли предприниматель иметь своеобразный талант.
In other words, but longer

Должен ли предприниматель иметь талант, особый для его рода деятельности.

this is how i would translate that.

And about the differnce of конкретный and определённый. Practically there's no difference between them, they are synonyms. Which one is better for certain situation you will understand (feel) with time. And usually there's nothing terrible or wrong if you use one instead of another.

Though there's definitely one situation, where they differ:

конкретное мнение - i would say that it is a certain opinion of a certain person

определённое мнение - it is a certain opinion of people
