Thai - 5 tones??? Is there any easy way to learn the tones in Thai? I always get confused

It is difficult, but you can learn thai tones. You should study and practice step by step.

Actually you have to learn how to read Thai words correctly with the tone marks on them. And you will know the differences of them. Good luck :)

well...not hard for me anyways..xD..my mother tongue has four tones and I can understand a little cantonese, which has 9 tones well..I think it is a confusing problem for ppl whose languages don't have tones to learn tonal languages well, practice makes perfect, that is what I can suggest, do you know about numbers of those tones?..like 1st tone> 33, second tone>21..something like that, imagine they are notes of music, do re mi fa so la si do...and listen to them and imitate...
