I went on a trip to America.
アメリカ行ってきたよー！

It was very fun!!
ちょー楽しかった！

Us (My family and I) family went to Mexico and the Catalina Island on a ship called Carnival.
家族でカーニバル号っていう船に乗ってメキシコとカタリナ島行ったよ！

I was surprised that (when) my lunch was taken by a sea gull!
りなのご飯がカモメに食べられちゃった！びっくりしたー！

I tried that I ate (eating) an alligator (or I tried eating alligator meat), legs of the frog (this works, but you can say "frog legs", and six escargots.
ワニとカエルの足とエスカルゴ6匹食べたよ！

It was (more) delicious than I thought (good, but "expected" works better)♪
思ってたより美味しかった♪
