Children can play video games, which give them new knowledge about the world and things. Also, it can be fun to play in colorful and funny video games. Certainly this type of pastime is not only for children, as many adults like to play video games. For them, video games can be a way to relax after a hard day at work.

As many people know, there are some drawbacks with videogames, and I think the most harmful ones are from violent games. The video game industry is producing a great amount of video games with scenes of cruelty. Due to this, parents should restrict their children from this kind of video games. In addition, video games can lead to addiction, which can have a negative impact on the educational process of a schoolchild. Also, there is evidence for crimes being committed, because of video games.

In conclusion, although video games have some useful aspects, it seems to me that there are more drawbacks with video games than benefits.
