My second notebook-entry in Arabic Hello World :-) I wrote down the 28 letters of the Arabic alphabet (الأبجدية العربية) in their different positions of a word (beginning, middle, end, alone). Are there any mistakes? Are my letters clearly legible? Thank you very much for your help!!! Kathrin

This is great Kathrin! Just some tiny corrections for ي، م ، ق when they are at the end:

For ق - try to make it rounder and not so flat like it's a ف. I like to imagine that this letter is a hippo swimming on its back with the dots as ears and the body underwater. unlike ف which is flat, ق is more rounded. So I suggest making your ق rounder (or fatter! ^^)

For م - the gap in your letter is quite large so for me, it seems unrecognisable. Try to close the gap. I was taught to right it so it looks like a close loop at the end.  It shouldn't look like an open "hook".

For ي - you might want to practise this again. See how it look here: أعطيني - the start of ي when it is the last letter is joined to the letter before it. Try to imagine it's a roller coaster going up as it joins with the preceding letter then swooping about in the ي shape.

Hope this helps - and makes sense! :)
