The reality is that Skype is not a social network. Most people who have Skype do not like strangers contacting them. It would be better to exchange a few messages in italki, and then arrange a Skype call.

Why don't the people on Skype talk speak?

I have added many people on skype, but sadly, nobody wants to talk with to me. I have tried to talk with to them again and again, but I failed again and again, nobody even said a "Hi".

I don't know why. Sometimes I thought : are wonder if they all robots?
