Today it is raining
Today it is raining and the weather is foggy. The temperature is about 15°C and there isn't any wind. Shortly, I will go to school by car and I will speak with the director of the school because my working hours are not good; and so I will ask him to change them. At half past one p.m., I will go to the fruits and vegetables warehouse where I will check the quality of the fruit and vegetables. In the evening I will come back home and I will have supper / dinner. Then, I will sit down on the sofa and I will watch TV.
<em>Good. Always "it is e.g. raining, snowing, sunny.</em>
<em>It's more common to write clock times in numerals e.g. 1.30pm. When we speak, we often say "half past one", as you wrote.</em>
<em>We don't use the word "stock house". I didn't know exactly what the context of your checking was - domestic or business. I assumed it was business and wrote "warehouse". This may not be what you meant.</em>
<em>"Come home" is a phrase which does not need "back". However, you would normally say "come back" to any place including your house.</em>
<em>"In short" means "in summary". "Shortly" means very soon, and I assumed this is what you meant.</em>
