Maiden Tower Story

I'd like to tell story of the Maiden Tower, a symbol from İstanbul.
According to the prophecy, one priest said to a king that a snake will bite your daughter when she is 18 therefore she will die. Whereupon the king built a tower for his daughter and he sent her to the tower. Unfortunately there is no escape from fate. When she is 18, the king sent a basket of grapes for her as a gift. A snake was hidden in the basket. The snake bit her when she slept and she died. Then the king made an iron coffin for her and he put it on the door of Hagia Sophia.
