半年ぐらいFacebookで何も言わない、同僚が多いすぎだって...建て前ばかり 、こころの本音はちょっと...
Didn't say anything on Facebook for half an year, cuz too much coworkers there. Only can talk something skin deep, can't say something what i wanna say.

I didn't post anything on facebook for half an  a year, because there are too many co-workers on there. I can only talk about things that are skin deep(I love your phrase!).  I can't say anything that I'd like to say.
