The Burpee Mile
Today according my annual schedule I should do one of tough workout "The Burpee Mile". A rule of the workout is pretty simple: you need to do burpees a whole mile.
It comes out 1300 burpees in average and takes around 2 hours if you know what waits you.
Usually after this workout you feel as though you was run over by a tank.
It's a nice way to burn a dozen of needless calories you earned after taking 5 or 6 slices of pizza ^_^
