Why is it so Important to Speak English?

I have been working in the BPO industry for years and most of my clients are native English speakers. Sometimes I find it difficult to speak English fluently and I am unable to understand what my client is talking about. I'm also having difficulty responding to someone's concerns because of my poor English. I hope that I can find someone who can help me improve my English language.

Editor's note: Just speaking English without someone correcting your mistakes, or at least helping, is not going to help you improve very much further than the level you are at right now. It might help a little if you listen to others speaking carefully and then imitate them. italki tutors and teachers can help you. Or you can ask the clients to correct you, but I would guess that is not very professional.
