Trying to learn to speak English.

Hi, my name is Juan Carlos. I am Mexican and I'd like to improve my English.
My goal is to be able to converse with people who speak English as a first language.
I speak Spanish, I have a good knowledge in of Spanish grammar and I am available to help to persons* that who are learning it.
If somebody can help me to get (get to / reach) my goal, I'll be so glad.

Notes:

* "Persons" is okay, but "people" is much more common.

In English, the names of all languages and countries are capitalized.
