Low sugar diet
Recently, I try not to eat lots of sugar or carbs in everyday/daily diet.
I do not eat bread in the morning neither rice for lunch and dinner.
Even to the famous bakery bread which is expensive and not easy to buy, I say no to them!
Instead, I eat lots of tofu products as a meal.
I lost 1.5 kilograms in the past week, but keep on doing it is hard.
Hope I can persist in it and lose 6 kilograms by the year end!
