Keeping fit .Pros and cons :) Please , can you help me , if I am wrong in some positions . What are the pros and cons of keeping fit? Nowadays all people are surrounded by the idea of keeping feet, of be in good shape and health. And many individuals ponder about this theme, some of them do sports regularly , somebody prefers other activities instead of spending time raising the bar ..However is such way of life always for the better? To begin with , the benefits of keeping fit can not be denied. If you know some essential rules, how to work out , you will be physically and mentally energetic , look great , . In addition the risk of illness and disease will decrease . On the other hand there are certain disadvantages of this subject. Sometimes people exaggerate their abilities, not considering their personal rhythm of training, their portions of food. Such attempts lead to overvoltage , overworking. Another drawback that some people have congenital diseases , which don’t allow them not to eat certain products or adhere to the limitations in food. If such people choose the wrong way of healthy life , they can possibly harm their organism and in future have the worse sequel. All things considered , it seems to me that this term should exist in mind of every person , but appropriate keeping fit lifestyle should be chosen according to the peculiarities of the organism and to abilities and in convenient limits of good and healthy side.
