Deleting 的 sounds better and more succinct.

Just to be consistent with your English version. And adding 想 makes it more natural, because directly say 我向你介绍 sounds mandatory.

他很好人。(incorrect). Should be 他是很好的人/他人很好/他是好人。
素朴，诚实，和善，喜色，而且谦谦虚/谦逊。 I was wondering what cheerful means in English when it is used to describe characters. If it means optimistic, it should be 乐观. If it means making people happy, it should be 令人愉快.
除了刘海哥，还有其他/另外几个另外女性人物。杜鹃 喜欢刘海哥。她清纯/她天真(innocent)而纯洁(pure)。
清纯 is very good, just want to offer some other alternatives.

I am thinking why "she is often embarrassed". Does that mean "she is often embarrased by other things" or just "she tends to feel embarassed"? (Sorry that I don't reallly know "embarrased" can be used to describe a person's character in English. Could you explain it a little bit?)
感到悲伤 sounds better than 她有时候悲伤(it sounds incomplete.)
女主人公是/人物叫九妹. 她是狐仙，九尾狐。她也喜欢刘海哥。她非常漂亮，而且她有法术。她强大劲，聪明。 /她强大而聪明。
Another translation of strong is 强壮, but is more often to describe men.
林东升 （林大人）是贪官， 坏人，他有钱，他虚伪，常常（很/比较）傻。 常常傻 sounds incomplete, but 常常做傻事 is fine.
我喜欢那么轻，喜色的电视剧目。我喜欢这个温和（gentle）而让人愉悦/开心（cheerful）的故事。
轻喜剧 means light comedy, which, I think, is not the same as "gentle and cheerful series".
我觉得这个剧目是一个传统故事。 剧目 usually refers to an opera in theatre.
Very good practice! Very few gramatical mistakes. Just pay more attention to the use of 想/会 which may make your sentences sound more natural, and also whether to add 的 after an adjective. I learn a lot from the English text too.

The main character is Liú Hǎi Gē. He is good. Simple, honest, kind, cheerful and modest.
Apart from Liú Hǎi Gē there are several female characters. Dù Juān likes Liú Hǎi Gē. She is pure and innocent. Because she doesn’t have self confidence she is often nervous. Although she is very pretty she is not very clever. She is often embarrassed, fragile, anxious. Sometimes she is sad.
The female main character is Jiǔ Mèi. She is a fox spirit, a nine tailed fox spirit. Se also likes Liú Hǎi Gē. She is very pretty, and also has magic powers. She is strong and intelligent.
Lín dōng shēng (Lín Dà Rén ) is a corrupt official. He is bad, rich, false and often stupid.
I like this gentle and cheerful series. I believe it is a traditional story.
