WARNING: CONTAIN SPOILERS I got a theory and I'm confident that you'll be surprised with what I came up with. I think that there was no monster or whatever kind of creature that you've imagined when you read the story (or shall I say snooping on someone's messages). I think it was a creative way for Anne96 to confirm that McDavey have feelings for her. It's a messed up plan, but it was McDavey who triggered it. Firstly, at 1:41, he wrote, "... What if there really is someone there in your garden, looking up at you? :p" And from this, she created this imaginary spooky event. At 1:45, she replied, "David there's someone in the garden!" From here, there will be cool glitches on your screen. She then accused McDavey was the monster. She told him that it was wearing his jacket with his name on the back. But when McDavey told her that his jacket was really on his closet, she changed the topic. She told him that the monster was looking at her followed by a creepy looking smile. After not replying for a while, she then told McDavey that she was hiding on a closet with a knife on her hand. At 2:18, her rhythm started to change. She became philosophical rather than logical. She wrote, "its voice is so deep" "filling the house" "filling my head" "am I going mad?" Then she became ridiculous. "this has something to do with you David, only you can make it stop.. Think fast" Then again for the 2nd time, McDavey involuntarily seasoned her agenda. He wrote, "it might be... Because I think about you so much" and continued, "I think about you all the time" BAMM. She got what she wanted. When McDavey told her to not worry because the cops was soon to rescue her, she replied, "what should I tell them if he's gone?" And then she dropped the bomb "I don't know you felt that way about me, David :)" And finally the plot twists that got everyone confused. (pic) She made it up. Everything. One theory implied that the monster took over her phone. If you look at the timing, the monster would have been imposed as Anne96 starting from 2:18, but there was no sign of distress after she went into the closet (at 2:17). It took one minute for the monster to knock her unconscious and read all the messages and replied almost instantly. It's impossible! But agree to disagree
