Hello Sasha, The right answer is "has developed or has been developing". You need to use present perfect (focuses on the action and has a connection with the present) or present perfect continuous (focuses on the duration and has a connection with the present) if you want to show that the startup has STILL been developing since 2020 and has never stopped growing.
