Crabs! A yummy seafood and it’s my favorite! The preparation process is easy. First - cut all the rubber bands tethering the crabs using scissors and rinse, then clean it in the sink. Be careful of being pinched by their claws! Second - put some water in the wok and place the crabs on the steaming rack. Third - scatter salt over the crabs evenly and cover them with a lid. Fourth - steam it for about 20 minutes and then it is done.
