The meaning of the word "minicyn" is unclear. There is also the line "Seems that all they ever wanted was a brother". What kind of brother and where did he come from?) I looked up the lyrics, and they are nonsensical.  As an American English Speaker, I will tell you that they mean absolutely nothing. Perhaps there is some hidden meaning for the person who wrote the lyrics.  I can't figure them out, though.

While listening to the radio, last night, the radio broadcaster said that this song is about Clinical Depression and Kurt Cobain’s suicide. Perhaps, it’s like a memento that Dave Grohl has about the death of his friend.

That’s what the first three lines of the song could be about, the word ‘brother’ would probably refer to Kurt Cobain.

‘Ritalin’ is a pharmaceutical drug used for Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). And ‘Minicyn’ is an acne medicine.
