I looked up the lyrics, and they are nonsensical.  As an American English Speaker, I will tell you that they mean absolutely nothing. Perhaps there is some hidden meaning for the person who wrote the lyrics.  I can't figure them out, though.

That’s what the first three lines of the song could be about, the word ‘brother’ would probably refer to Kurt Cobain.
