Hello everyone! I am originally from Cuenca, Ecuador. Cuenca is a quiet and small town in the south of Ecuador. My city is more like a green valley surrounded by four big rivers, the rivers are pretty representative and unique. Cuencanos are the friendliest people in the country, always hospitable and kind. Cuenca is also well know for its culture, food, and music festivals. There are raves, reggae, and latin rock festivals during the year in the city. Cheese empanadas, omg! There are many places to get good empanadas and corn tortillas (with cheese ) in Cuenca. I used to enjoy walking by the river, having a coffee at any small coffee shop in the historic center. ✌🏻
