I’ve been doing Yoga for 01 year or so. So far, there has been helpful for me. Actually, Yoga can produce many benefits, especially for people who are restless and anxious, like me, as well as have struggle to concentrate on the present moment. The practice of breathing slowly and conscious about the moment provides connection with the present, restraining the future thoughts, what is the main cause of anxiety disorders.
