For YouTube, I'd highly recommend Easy French — they film real conversations with people on the streets of France with subtitles in both French and English, so you hear natural spoken French from day one. They also have Super Easy French for absolute beginners which is a perfect starting point.

For listening, RFI (Radio France Internationale) has a section called "Français Facile" — slow, clear French designed for learners. Great for training your ear without feeling overwhelmed.
