I do push-ups and sit-ups regularly. Push-ups are 5 sets of 10 reps, every other day. The other days are for sit-ups, 4 sets of 20 times. I sometimes try pull-ups on a whim, but I can only do 4 pull-ups consecutively. On weekends, I go jogging for 20-30 minutes.
