Today has been mildly sunny. OR It was a mildly sunny day. It was pretty nice, not so sunny but with a breeze. There was some trouble and heartache at work. (my heart does beat fast but better than on other days). On days like, this I like to take a nap, then listen to ambient music: sounds of water drops or an environmental background. There is something about it that really soothes me after the hustle of a busy day.
