I would guess they intended to say "whatnot" or "whatever", instead of "what". Whoever wrote this text has poor grammar, so it's hard to be sure what they are trying to say, but this would be my first guess. Jonathan seems to agree.

"What" is a pronoun that represents an unspecified thing. To emphasize even more the unknown nature of the unspecified thing, you could use "whatever" instead of "what". Here's another example: "We don't know who said what to whom." In this sentence, the person who spoke, what he said, and to whom he spoke are all left unspecified.
