Speaking of exercise, different people have different choices for it. Usually, cycling and jogging are the sports people like most. Imagining that you are riding a bike along a clear and blue lake. You are surrounded by fresh air and stunning views. Nothing can be better than that to relax you . For most people, it's just a daydream,because their daily full schedule doesn't leave a splace for an exercise which requires a lot of time. In that case, if an exercise can blance work and life,it would be the best. Fortunately, someone have created one. It's called Japanese Walking. This exercise doesn't need special space. It just needs you spend a few time walking to work. On the way to work, you need to walk fast and lightly for three minutes, then walking slowly for another three minutes. According to some studies, it can very reduce stress and improve people's blood system.I have been practicing it for threee days. After exercising for 15 minutes on my way to work, I sweat a little and feel really relaxed and energetic for the whole day.
