Do you want to know what I cooked last night? Actually, I wouldn't call it "cooking." I would actually call it, "preparing," as the only thing I cooked was a charred poblano pepper. Anyway, I made a corn salsa, and a pico de gallo sauce to eat with corn chips. I will have them for lunch soon. :)

No guests. I just made it for my family. You can get the recipes in the latest issue of Food Network Magazine.

Good to see you back on line again. I made Chinese dumplings for tea last night. Gow gee wrappers make it easy work. You just have to prepare the filling.

Keep us updated, you are an asset ! Specially your charred poblano pepper contribution ,it enhances memory,even better than sleeping 14 hours a day ;) You even inspired me to post about my last week munch:tortilla chips and my very special Jalapeno pepper recipe!
