How to say "to hate"?
I have a Spanish assignment where we have to listen to a podcast and figure out what the people are talking about. They used the phrase "Yo odio" most of the time, but they also used another phrase that sounded to me like "Me orrodiza"? Is that correct? What is the infinitive form?

"Me horroriza" es la expresión que has escuchado. El infinitivo es "Horrorizar", que significa: causar horror, asustar espantar. Es cuando alguna cosa te causa un temor extremo, repulsión, odio. 
To hate = odiar. Es tener el sentimiento del odio hacia algo o alguien.

If you hate someone, you say "te odio". If someone hates you, you can say "me odia".

The term "Me horroriza" is when you dislike someone or something.

To hate es odiar, aborrecer; pero se usa mucho para decir sencillamente que algo nos disgusta. I hate rainy mornings = No me gustan las mañanas lluviosas, o Me disgustan las mañanas lluviosas. Sería exageradísimo (y erróneo) traducirlo por "Me horrorizan las mañanas lluviosas". 
Horrorizar es más bien to horrify, to terrify.
